On Transient Population In Peri-urban Rural Area

After the reform and opening up,the rapid development of economy results in the increasing floating population,especially from countryside to city or suburban rural flows,Large quantities of floating population rushing into the cities are engaged in agriculture,industry and business.The input of a large number of migrant workers,on the one hand to population brought labor inflow areas,alleviate the local labor shortages,contributing to the local economic and social development;On the other hand,due to the influx of migrants lack of reasonable control,and for foreign personnel management relative lag,in social security,the city health,family planning,etc,to increase the pressure on the local government,will increase the cost of the local government management of floating population.Therefore,how to manage,service good floating population becomes floating population defined the government need to resolve the issue.On this basis,this paper takes Tao Zhai village in Fengxian district of Shanghai as a case,megacities deep insight into the surrounding rural floating population problem and the direction of the management and service work,for lack of floating population management mode,working methods improvement measures and reasonable suggestions are put forward.In this paper,the article is divided into six chapters altogether.The first chapter is the introduction of research background,the idea,significance,writing ideas and methods,and uses home and abroad related concepts and theories as the foundation of writing this article.The second chapter is the formation and development of floating population in Shanghai.The third chapter is a suburban rural floating population situation,focusing on the present situation of Tao Zhai village migrant population in Fengxian District of Shanghai and management methods.Combined with the regional actual situation,the fifth chapter proposed the suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problem according to the theory of suburban rural floating population service and management problems,thus playing a positive role in promoting economic and social development for scientific decision of the government.The sixth chapter is generalization of the research of this paper to do summary.Through the study of the characteristics of the current rural population and the trend of economic development,the paper analyzes the problems in the management of migrant population in Shanghai suburbs.To put forward feasible,scalable,repeatable floating population management and service mode,Management and service work,to further improve the migrant population optimization of floating population's living environment,improve floating population service management system,and constantly improve the level of management of floating population's service.
