The Research On The Management Of Migrant Population In The Community

With the development of economy,urbanization is inevitable.In the process of urbanization,many problems have exposed.Migrant population problem is particularly important.Migrants not only bring powerful vitality to the development of urban economy,but also bring new challenge to social management.The economy of Wuxi is developing fast,and many migrants come to work in Wuxi.Wuxi's population size and structure has been in rapid change.Community is the place where migrants live together.And the residents 'committees are organizations of mass self-government.As a result,the residents 'committees are faced with new tasks.The original public service cannot satisfy the need of all the residents including migrant people.Lack of manpower and finance is binding the community for the further development of floating population management.How to manage the increasing migrant population will be one of the key problems in the future.Therefore,this article attempts to explore how to better carry out community floating population management.In this article,I try the methods of literature study,comparative study to discuss the problems about community migrant population management.Firstly,the concept and theory of community and migrant population management has been analyzed;Secondly,the policies of migrant population management have been reviewed;Thirdly,the problems of migrant population management been concluded;Fourthly,the situation of C community has been analyzed;Fifthly,some advice has been given to improve the management.
