In recent decades, the economy of our country has been progressed beyond expectation, alongside, there comes some social problems as well. Most of the problems turn out to be sophisticated, diversified, which requires more specific social management methods ever than before. Within the booming of Migrant workers, whom therefore have had became unavoidable group management object in current social management. The social management challenges emerge from the new generated migrant workers; they are conceived as the mainstream of the group management object. Industry estate serve as an important place to bring out new generated migrant workers, as a result, there emerges tricky problems such as how to manage new generated migrant workers beyond industrial management; how to strengthen social management in this young group of people, have had became undoubtedly the crucial fact and challenge we have to face and handle with.The background of essay is based on the factors mentioned above; the main part focuses on the innovative social management of new generated migrant workers, whose working area at Foxconn Technology Group, located in Chengdu. Through empirical study, the essay discussed issues relate to innovative management problems emerge from the new migrant workers. The essay divided into five parts, consisted by introduction and main body.In the session of introduction, it shows the background and significance of this article. The background firstly discusses the attention from the whole society towards this issue, which makes social management innovation outstanding; secondly, migrant workers are the unavoidable management object in social management innovation; thirdly, industrial estate has became a large carrier of the migrant workers, how to reinforce the problems raised in the innovative management has become relevantly important.The significance session of the essay divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical reasoning corporate with the spirit to break the defaults of original research, and to explore new management mode in micro social practice, as to enrich the thoughts of migrant social management; the practical part talks about the practical social impact of this essay could have on current social management innovation methods. Moreover, in the introduction sector, the essay also describes the summary for innovative management methods in three different ways, one is innovative social management belief and angle as an initiator, the other is based on the point of the policy making in managing migrant workers, the last focuses on the innovative management mode. Lastly, in the introduction, the essay makes a specific introduction and description on how the methods and research method were used. It is conducted by bringing up the question, analyzing the question, conducting research, summarizing and documentation, later on, ends up with author’ suggestion. Within a short induction of all things mentioned above, in order to find out how they contribute to industrial migrant workers, at the end of the essay, an conclusion is made regarding new management mode, emphasize in four areas, which is the knowledge of controlled group、 target setting and the transformation in management tool as well as pattern.The third chapter bridges previous theories and further example together as to explain current phenomenon, the example based on new generated migrant worker management in Foxconn Technology enterprise, Chengdu branch in Pi County. The whole case is founded on field research, synthesis data collection、 questionnaire、field interviewing etc, to insure the fidelity and objective of the whole case. Firstly, in session one, a thorough background introduction has been made regarding Foxconn Industry Park, Chengdu, Pi County. Furthermore, at the second session of the essay, an introduction of the new generated migrant worker in enterprise community has been put forward. It discusses about management thoughts、management methods、characteristic in management. Management thoughts mainly expresses regionalized management in government enterprise; management methods shows onto corporation in inside and outside, which is beyond community, a specific management organization is ought to establish to combine gridding management, but inside the community, through the engagement of all aspects of social powers, management and service would be collaborated. As a sum up to the management thoughts and methods, management characteristic has reached a conclusion:community management, management and service collaboration; adjusted measurements in humanity and local conditions; government-oriented in combination with others; functional department cooperation; advanced informatics practice to promote efficiency of management. In the end, combine the whole case, an evaluation has been conducted in regard to the effects of the migrant worker social management in Foxconn enterprise community, in areas of organization system、 governance mechanism、participant etc. In the last part of the essay, introduction and analyze has been stressed in terms of occurred problems in migrant social management mode. The rationale comes from the analysis in questionnaire and stands on the point view of the migrant workers, those questions cover lots of areas relating social involvement of migrant workers、social activity、social election、social daily management、 government-enterprise corporation、multiple engagement and mechanism; In the last bit, according to the existed problems and analyzed reasons, several more advices were put forward with.The fourth chapter, as the last session, on the basis of case study, it combines previous theories and experience conclusion to make some validity advices to the current new generated migrant worker management in Industry Park. Suggestions are divided into two aspects. Because of the social management in new generated migrant worker of the Industry Park still remains on the region of migrant worker social management, it tends to be more micro and field practice. When it comes to suggestions in terms of that field, if macros copy in social management would corporate, those advices would be much more scientific and operable. From the aspect of macros copy in social management, the suggestion lie in with the transformation of traditional way of management innovation relating social management policy、transform government roles、strengthen humanity. Moreover, from the side of micro management in social management in industry park, four important factors are mentioned:to conduct advanced industry as well as comprehensive management mode、to build up community public services in industry par、to fulfill social management in government enterprise linkage mechanism、to promote enterprise community autonomy in industry park.The innovation in this essay has made a breakthrough compare to other researches which largely put an effort on policy or regime in managing migrant worker, the idea of this essay builds up on the original research data but also new generated migrant worker as well as the main carrier of this abundant group—the industrial park as an research object.
