The Promotion Of Legal Consciousness Of Peasant In Urban-rural Intergration

Urban-rural integration is a symbol of country's modernization and urbanization.Meanwhile,there is no doubt that it is a big step to change the urban and rural dual structure,with the aim to keeping a balance between economic and social development.,finally achieve sustainable development.In order to achieve this,we must integrate the law in all the process.For this reason,the awakening and promotion of farmer's legislation consciousness,and the cultivation and reinforcement of farmer's legislation concept are the crux in the process of urban and rural integration.Farmers act as the main character in this process,their legal quality have a giant effect,so far as to decide the society degree of legislation civilization.So,improving farmer's_legislation consciousness is the precondition of rule by law.In order to give a research to farmer' s legislation consciousness,this thesis according to the method of sample survey to the farmers from LiuLin,shan xi province,and looking up the whole literature,which used a method is that the combination of practical investigation and theoretical research.Firstly,this thesis' s give a series of conceptions about research subject.Secondly,giving the relationship between the process of urban and rural integration and farmer's legislation consciousness,which is aims at the understanding the necessary of farmer's legislation consciousness's improvement.Posteriorly,based on the date from the field survey achieve the result of farmer's legislation consciousness,and this is the crux of the matter.Fourthly,give the reasons of negative effect to farmer' s legislation consciousness,which is from two aspects of internal and external.Fifth,giving five methods to help farmer' s improve their legal consciousness,which is including developing economy,puring judiciary,strengthen publicity,reforming census register,building culture.In this way to make sure farmer have a cognition to legal and living in law,in the meantime,to make farmer suit the society with rule of law.boosting the building of urban and rural integration is also a promise of improvement of people's livelihood and achievement of our country's modernization.
