The Study On Improving Of Peasants’ Iegal Consciousness In New Rural Construction

Constructing new socialist rural area is put forward as primary mission and which will be pushed with all strength in the fifth plenary session of the CPC’s16th, and resolving well of agriculture, countryside, and peasant problem as the top mission for party is put forward in18th National congress of the CPC,"agriculture, peasant, countryside" reform was also deployed in third plenary session of the CPC’s18th, all these above reveal CPC’s determination and confidence to resolve "agriculture, peasant, countryside" problems. Peasant is the main part for new rural construction, further improving peasants’legal consciousness, improving the consciousness and ability of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of themselves and excise their legitimate rights in accordance with the law, all these are very important to constructing new socialist rural legal construction and overall construction of new socialist rural area.With the rapid development of economic social in our country, new socialist rural construction speed is also becoming fast, but presently peasants’ legal consciousness in our country is generally low, there is lag behind problem between peasants’legal consciousness improving and new rural construction promote overall, so positively explore the efficient path of improving peasants’ legal consciousness is very important. This article analyzed the current situation of peasants’legal consciousness according to local research and interview in Shanxi Jixian, and combined with theoretical analysis and thinking, and put forward the achievement of current peasants’ legal consciousness improvement, existing problems and existing problem analysis of causes, based on these proposal and thinking of improving peasants’legal consciousness is put forward, improving peasants’ legal consciousness by all pathway, so that for pushing new socialist rural construction.
