Study On The Promotion Of Farmers’ Subjective Consciousness Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is based on the systematic layout and long-term planning of the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers under the new changes in China’s economic and social development,and is the key to solving the problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.The logical starting point of rural revitalization is to clarify "who will revitalize the countryside".The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy clearly put forward the basic principle of "upholding the principal position of farmers" and required "fully respecting the will of farmers and giving full play to the principal role of farmers in rural revitalization".To highlight the main role of farmers,it is necessary to enhance their awareness of the subject and promote their active participation in rural revitalization.The two are mutually reinforcing.However,in the process of promoting the rural revitalization strategy,farmers’ subjective consciousness has not been effectively stimulated.This article around the country revitalization of the farmers’ subjective consciousness in the real challenges facing,from farmers in the rural comprehensive revitalization of consciousness,active consciousness,creation consciousness,and so on aspects,through the analysis of the farmers income in economic,political rights,cultural identity,and the realization of the social security rights to explore its influencing factors,based on this puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.Chapter one is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the topic selection background and research significance of this paper,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,explains the research ideas and methods,and summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis of peasants’ subject consciousness enhancement under the background of rural revitalization.This part firstly define the concepts of farmers and farmers’ subject consciousness,subjectivity,and then focuses on the classic of the sinicization of marxism and marxism about the farmers main theories of subjectivity,finally discusses the implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country and the farmer main body consciousness raising interactions,thus deepening the understanding of the research object.The third chapter is the realistic situation and influencing factors of the peasants’ subjective consciousness promotion under the background of rural revitalization.This part analyzes the realistic situation of farmers’ subjective consciousness enhancement under the background of rural revitalization from the dual perspective of positive changes and existing problems,in order to understand its current situation;And combined with the practical interests of farmers,from the farmers individual development ability,the sustainability of property income,the realization of political rights,the recognition of rural culture,the realization of farmers’ social security rights and interests to analyze the factors affecting the promotion of farmers’ subjective consciousness,enhance the practical pertinence of the promotion of farmers’ subjective consciousness.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance farmers’ subject consciousness under the background of rural revitalization.In view of the factors restricting the improvement of farmers’ subjective consciousness,this paper probes into the countermeasures for the improvement of farmers’ subjective consciousness from five aspects: enhancing farmers’ comprehensive quality,promoting farmers’ income,strengthening grassroots democratic political construction,building rural cultural identity mechanism and strengthening rural social security system construction.
