All Facets Of Public Security Safe Construction Problems And Countermeasures

At present,our country is in a crucial period of deepening the reform and building a well-off society in an all-round manner.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Party Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to peaceful construction and demanded that Party committees and governments at all levels further step up efforts in the comprehensive administration of public order.Peaceful construction is not only the basis for thoroughly implementing and studying the spirit of the 18 th CPC Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech series,but also an important task of advancing with the times and following the development of the times and changes in the social conditions in the country.Based on the research on the theory and knowledge of peaceful construction,this paper expounds the current situation of the peaceful construction in Dongjiao Township from the aspects of organization and leadership,concrete measures and work effectiveness,and analyzes the existing problems and the causes,explores the targeted measures to deepen the peaceful construction of Dongjiao Township and provide useful reference for government decision-making.Through the research,the following issues are found in the present peaceful construction of Dongjiao Township: the people's awareness and participation rate of peaceful construction activities are relatively low;the organizational setup and personnel division of peaceful construction are unreasonable;and the foundation work of peaceful construction is weak.The reasons for those issues in the peaceful construction of Dongjiao Township mainly include: the lack of public participation in the security mechanism for the peaceful construction,the misunderstanding of peaceful construction and the imperfect operation mechanism of the comprehensive management of public security.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the peaceful construction of the Dongjiao Township.To enhance public awareness and participation in peaceful construction,we should create an atmosphere where the public positively participates in peaceful construction to break the bottleneck limits,give play to the key role of the public in peaceful construction,develop the relevant social organizations and implement the rights protection of public participation in peaceful construction.To perfect the organizational setup and personnel division for peaceful construction,we should pay attention to giving full play to the functions of departments,optimizing the departmental organizational structure and implementing the work responsibility system.To consolidate the foundation of peaceful construction,we should promote the modernization of science and technology in the means of comprehensive management of social order in the community,enhance the prevention and control of public security patrols,guarantee the financial input for peaceful construction in various channels and intensify fight.
