| Hongshan District is under the jurisdiction of Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In recent years,with the reform and opening up,the economic and social development of Hongshan District is rapid,at the same time,the social security situation is also emerging new problems.In the face of these problems,in order to further improve the social security prevention and control system,in 2018,the Hongshan Public Security Bureau began to build a "grid" patrol prevention and control system.Now,it has basically solved the problems such as the rate of seeing police on the street,reducing the incidence of cases,and laying a patrol prevention and control grid.However,in the process of construction,there are still some problems,such as low ideological awareness,limited coverage of police force,and team capacity to be improved The working mechanism is not perfect.The author hopes to put forward effective solutions to the problems,add new ideas to the theory of public security prevention and control,and provide theoretical support for the actual patrol work.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the construction of the grid patrol prevention and control system,the research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,and then expounds the related theoretical concepts and basic theories.Through the research,it explains the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the "grid" patrol prevention and control system in the red mountain area,and then analyzes the main causes of the problems.Finally,based on the experience of advanced work at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of grid patrol prevention and control system in Hongshan District from five aspects: strengthening ideological understanding,flexible application of technology,establishing and improving mechanism,strengthening personnel training,and exerting the power of the masses. |
