Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Development Of The Old-Age Care Institutions In Changle City,Fujian Province

With the social and economic changes,the transformation of family structure,the traditional way of family pension is no longer adapt to today's lifestyle.Pension institutions can be healthy and orderly development,is related to the elderly can be an important issue in his later years.Based on the theory of welfare diversification and multi-center governance,this paper investigates the present situation of Changle pension institutions by means of empirical research and comparative analysis.It is found that the development of pension institutions in Changle City can not meet the demand,the infrastructure is not perfect,Medical support is simple,single service and other issues,and then analyze the main reasons leading to these problems include the following aspects:First,the government,the support of the pension policy is not in place,subsidies are limited,and the lack of effective supervision of private pension agencies And the management;Second,the pension agencies,the lack of people-oriented,diversified operation of the concept of management and nursing staff lack of systematic training and guidance;Third,the social aspects of the lack of professional third-party institutions to assess the services of pension agencies.Finally,based on the successful experience of the development of pension institutions in Shanghai,Zhejiang and Jinjiang,and based on the actual situation of the development of pension institutions in Changle City,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of policy support,operation idea,effective supervision and personnel training.
