A Study On The Government Responsibility In The Development Of Pension Institutions Of Guangxi

As the aging of the social population is becoming more, the aged isbecoming increasingly prominent. Social pension is an important way to solve theproblem, and it’s the requirement for the development of the social welfare inChina. That the Guangxi’s population aging was development rapidly, but thepension institutions were development slowly and the number of per capitapension was lowly. So it was difficult to meet the demand for pension institutionsof old people in Guangxi. There was many study from different respects onpension institutions, but it was a little study on the development of Guangxi’spension institutions. Therefore, this study selected the development of Guangxi’spension institutions as the research, and analysed which the government have toassume in the perspective of government responsibility. And found that tocompared with other prowinces and cities,the number of Guangxi’s pensioninstitutions and the number of per captita of beds was less, and the pensioninstitutions are distributed unbalanced in Guangxi’s different cities.And theoccupancy rate in Guangxi’s pension institutions is lowly, the professionals inGuangxi’s pension institutions are lackly. Suggestions to accelerate thedevelopment the numbers of pension insititutions and beds,and improve theoccupancy rate of the pension agency, development the institutional careprpfessionals.To provide valuable solution for the development of Guangxi’spension insititutions.
