Research On Judicial Credibility Evaluation System

Judicial credibility,as an abstract concept,lack of realistic appraisal standard.Therefore it cannot be applied to practice directly.The current judicial credibility evaluation research are few,and the related contents are bits and pieces.Also,in the practice of judicial credibility evaluation,universal object,improper indices,insufficient result evaluation,lack of environment system intensified the necessary of the research of judicial credibility evaluation system.To explore methods to improve the judicial credibility evaluation mechanism,began the the research in this paper.In one way,research of judicial credibility evaluation system for evaluating mechanism provides guidance in theory,provides data support for the present situation of judicial credibility,contributes to the establishment of independent judicial image evaluation.In the other way,research of judicial credibility evaluation system provides path on the practice of promoting the judicial credibility,promotes the judicial happiness index of civil law,improves the domestic judicial environment for investment business.In the modern new political,economic,social,legal,aboard environment,along with the vigorous construction of the rule of law and judicial reform ride,quantitative research becoming a new trend in social science research,the improvement of the judicial credibility evaluation system is completely necessary and feasible.Current judicial credibility evaluation research and practice is weak and needs help from other related judicial assessment types.Learn useful items for reference from the international,national and local evaluation(classified according to area),or regional government,enterprises and organizations and personal evaluation(classified according to area),such the choice of the main body,the evaluation content,methods,or experience.At the same time,by studying the status quo of judicial credibility evaluation in our country,aiming at insufficient evaluation,insufficient number of objectives,improper evaluation index,insufficient evaluation result analysis.Through pointing out the reasons of those defects,this article puts forward the principles of perfecting the judicial credibility evaluation system and the preliminary design(which needs to be adjust after preliminary practice).Specifically,adhere to the four principles:the people-centered concept,practice and theory putting forward gradually,combining disciplines and methods effectively,establish the judicial credibility evaluation references.In design,first,make up a clear purpose of judicial credibility evaluation.Second,welcome qualified organization subject,encourage third-party to implement,include all people as the object.Third,identify models of two programs and there levels.Fourth,system running scientifically,experts review,results opening,results regression pragmatically.
