Study On The Systematization Of Laws And Regulations Related To Landscape Architecture

In the process of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,the role of landscape architecture is becoming more and more obvious.As one of the important management means of landscape garden,it is of great significance to establish and improve the legal system of landscape architecture.However,the construction of laws and regulations in landscape architecture is lagging behind and is not systematic and complete,which hinders the healthy development of landscape architecture.In view of this situation,through combing and analyzing the urban and rural planning law system and construction law system construction related to landscape architecture,the construction of landscape architecture in Hunan Province as the research object,on the basis of various levels of laws and regulations,to explore the systematic arrangement of Hunan province landscape laws and regulations.In accordance with the times trend of comprehensively promoting the rule of Law Society Construction in Hunan,we have promoted the improvement of landscape architecture law system in Yunnan Province.This paper explores the direction of landscape architecture and the construction process of landscape garden,and draws lessons from the rules and regulations system of urban and rural planning law and the construction law system construction experience related to landscape architecture,and explores the ideas and methods of systematized arrangement from the vertical and horizontal structure,and constructs a landscape garden.The framework of forest law system is systematized,and the framework of landscape architecture laws and regulations is drawn up.With the construction and arrangement of Hunan landscape architecture as the research content,the systematic arrangement method of landscape garden laws and regulations is explored,and the systematic arrangement scheme of Hunan landscape garden laws and regulations is explored.The framework of Hunan landscape architecture laws and regulations consists of three levels:national level laws and regulations,provincial level laws and regulations,and the city and city level laws and regulations.At the national level,the laws and regulations of landscape architecture are analyzed,and the course of the construction of the laws and regulations of landscape architecture is summarized,and the problems in the construction of the laws and regulations of landscape architecture and the construction of the system are emphatically analyzed.The analysis of the laws and regulations on landscape architecture at the provincial level in Hunan Province,combined with the urban construction and the development of landscape architecture in Hunan Province,divided the legal construction of landscape architecture in Hunan into three historical stages--Start-up phase,development phase,burst phase.At the same time,the main components of the landscape architecture regulations in Hunan Province were introduced.According to the inherent connection characteristics of the landscape architecture legal system and the specific characteristics of the industry,the laws and regulations of Hunan Province are divided into three aspects:comprehensive management,technology and standardization,conservation and protection.And four areas in Hunan Province(Changzhutan area,Greater Xiangxi Area,Dongting Lake Area,Shonan area)the analysis of relevant regulations of landscape architecture at the city level.At last,according to the thoughts of systematically reviewing the laws and regulations of landscape architecture,combining the laws and regulations of landscape architecture at the national level,the provincial level in Hunan Province,and the municipal level in Hunan Province,the finalization of the Hunan province's landscape architecture laws and regulations was put forward.The program skips the thinking framework of general data compilation and explores the method of collation from the perspective of laws and regulations to provide early preparation for the systematic integration of landscape architecture laws and regulations,to better improve the construction of landscape architecture laws and regulations and promote the orderly development of landscape architecture in Hunan Province.
