In other words, further study on the laws and regulations of supervision on the quality and security of aquatic products is a feasible study.The paper discusses systematically about the basic theory of China's supervision on the quality and security of aquatic products. In terms of the basic legal theory, this paper concentrates on the fishery right theory, the theory of security value and interest and interest system theory.
