The Actuality And Countermeasure Of Community Correction Targets On The Perspective Of Family Social Capital

China's community correction has been through more than one decade from pilot to promotion and the system is gradually going perfect.Additionally,the construction of talent team in social work which is based on colleges is evolving towards prosperity,and the participation of social force brings vitality to Chinese community correction.However,there still exists problems,more or less,for current community correction system.For examples,the service scope of community correction is limited with incomplete human capital and the quality of social workers is full of weakness.This paper starts from social capital theory.Firstly,we introduce the basic concept of social capital.Secondly,by considering the critical component of family social capital to social capital,this paper present the theoretical explanation and empirical explore about social capital done by domestic scholars.On the basis of this,we analyze the problems faced by community correction via the introduction of professional social work such as the decreasing of income,the fading of relationships and social network,and the difficulty to cultivate children.After that,we provide the reasons why those problems exist and solutions to solve them on the perspective of family social capital.This paper intends to clarify the problem existed within community correction phenomenon and figure out the ways,by combining with personal internship experience,introducing individual case and interviewing with interviewer of community correction with professional methodology of social work.With the help of the clues,the target of community correction can cultivate the social capital from self and family and solve specific problems with expressive and instrumental act.Finally,this paper provides introspection and policy suggestions combining with own internship experience.To improve the family social capital status of the target group through long-term follow-up,Specific countermeasures:First,Follow the trend of social development and establish a professional social worker team;Second,Improve the professional consciousness of social workers and enhance autonomy;Third,Establish professional social work station to improve service stability;Forth,Grasp the key of family capital and enrich the connotation of family social capital;Fifth,build a harmonious family,raise the sensitivity of capital awareness.From the perspective of professional social workers and community correction objects,the family social capital of orthopaedic objects is raised from multiple perspectives.
