Research On The Employment Of Community Correction Objects From The Perspective Of Social Support Network Theory

Community correction is a new way of penalty execution,which enables criminals with less subjective viciousness and less harm to society to receive corrective education in the social environment,so as to reduce the adverse impact of punishment on their lives.It reflects the development of humanitarianism and human rights protection.Under the strong promotion of the country,the cause of community correction in our country has also ushered in the initial development.However,it can not be ignored that there are still many problems in the community correction work,among which the employment of the community correction object is a very important part.This paper takes the object of community correction in Hanyang District of Wuhan City as the research object,and analyzes its employment problem from the perspective of social support network theory on the basis of questionnaire survey and literature analysis.It is considered that the object of community correction has some problems in the employment problem,such as poor employment situation,low employment quality and single employment expectation,and there is strong repetition of policy content in its employment social support network.Social forces support inefficiency,community environmental discrimination,labor market exclusion and so on.Based on the analysis of the current situation of its employment social support network,from the standpoint of social work,this paper attempts to put forward practical strategies such as social administration,community work,case and group work,and integration and link of social resources to help community correction objects build scientific policies and regulations,extensive and orderly participation of social forces,more significant community support,and solid social support network supported by family,relatives and friends.Broaden the channels of employment and improve the quality of employment.
