A Study On Confronting Private Sector Bribery Of "The Belt And Road" Countries In Perspective Of Governance Theory

Bribery in the private sector is an important form of corruption in the private sector,but it has not received due attention for a long time.In the The Belt and Road construction process,because the scale of Engineering Trade and investment is huge and involves many enterprises,corruption problems emerge in an endless stream involves in smajor projects and investment related fields of bribery,money etc.Honesty is to maintain "The Belt and Road" Blood Meridian patency "lubricant",if the problem of bribery in the private sector lack of strict governance,the great conception of "The Belt and Road" will become the bubble.Along with active participation in construction,all countries along the line shoulder the important mission of governance of bribery in the private sector.Governance theory emphasizes diversity of governance subjects and consultation and cooperation between subjects,global governance theory highlights the importance of governance rules.The two are widely used as analytical frameworks for solving social public affairs.Therefore,it is also an applicable tool to analyze bribery governance in the private sector.Using theoretical tools to analyze,we can find that there are two deficiencies in the governance of private sector bribery in the process of governance and behavior rules:In terms of governance subjects,there is a problem of single governance entity and low level of government governance.In terms of governance rules,there are problems of imperfect legal mechanism and imperfect cooperative mechanism.The emergence of the problem is mainly due to the lack of knowledge of bribery in the private sector,the existence of conflict of interests,the different actual political will of each country,and the inability to interfere in the four aspects.In order to improve the countries along the private sector bribery,to ensure that the "clean road" construction,the suggestions are as follows:First,strengthen the awareness of bribery in the private sector;Second,the government must improve itsgovernance capacity;Third,the private sector should formulate comprehensive anti-corruption measures;Fourth,strengthen the construction of cooperation mechanism.Lone fast,all the lines away.Only the main work,take a variety of behavior rules,in order to "clean" The Belt and Road built the road in the near future.
