Research On The Effective Participation Of Non-governmental Organizations In The Construction Of Public Cultural Services

As China's economic development enters a new normal and the building of a distinctive socialist cultre has entered full-scale development,the role of culture in stabilizing the country,promoting innovation,and adjusting the structure will become more prominent.In recent years,with the continuous expansion and development of non-governmental organizations,their ability to participate in public services has been improved and improved.Non-governmental organizations give full play to their advantages and actively participate in the construction of a public cultural service system to ensure that the people share the fruits of cultural development.Literary Federation,Federation of Literary and Art Circles,is a non-governmental organization.The important part of it is more universal,open,and flexible than the government culture department.This article mainly uses the literature search method and case analysis method to proceed from the public management theory and combines the effective practices of the Wenlian of the Fangchenggang City of Fangchenggang in actively participating in the construction of local public cultural services in recent years to study the role of NGOs in participating in the construction of public cultural services.Explore how non-governmental organizations can participate in the construction of public cultural services.First of all,this article elaborates the research background and problems of the topic of non-governmental organizations in the construction of public culture and the significance and significance of the issues.It analyzes and combs the relevant research results at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas and methods adopted.The focus,difficulties,and innovations of the paper's research;secondly,it analyzes the current situation and effective practices of the cultural and cultural services in the Dongcheng District of Fuyuan City in recent years,in combination with examples;in addition,it combines the functions and construction of the Wenlian with the problems existing in the NGOs themselves.Two factors that restrict the participation of non-government organizations in public cultural services are analyzed in terms of both government and regulatory constraints.Finally,the specific countermeasures for non-governmental organizations in promoting
