Study On The Function Of Government In Promoting The Urbanization Of Registered Population In Heilongjiang Province

As an objective social development trend,urbanization is a stage that any region or country will experience in economic and social development.For our country,urbanization is an important driving force for accelerating the process of socialist modernization and is an important way to build a well-to-do society in an all-round way.It is even more remarkable for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,we must actively,steadily,solidly,and orderly promote the development of urbanization in China.The urbanization rate of household registration population as an important measure to build a well-off society in an all-round way has an important reference value for the development of new urbanization in China.As a pioneer in building a well-to-do society in an all-round way,Heilongjiang Province has been working hard to increase the urbanization rate of its registered population in recent years.In 2015,Heilongjiang Provincial Government promulgated the “New-type Urbanization Plan of Heilongjiang Province(2014-2020)”,which pointed out that by 2020,the urbanization rate of registered population in Heilongjiang Province should reach 55%,and this indicates the direction for the future development of the urbanization of the household registration population in Heilongjiang Province and is of great significance for the development of the urbanization of the household registration population in Heilongjiang Province.As an important driving force in the process of urbanization of the household registration population,the government has played an extremely important role in the process of urbanization of the household registration population,from the formulation of the urbanization plan for the household
