The PPP Mode Research Of Health Care Industry Development

With the aging problem of the Chinese society has become more and more apparently,social care needs grow a lot.Health care needs have great developing potential.However,many pension agency relying too much on the government in developing the health care industry.Even with the introduction of social capital,there are still many problems in cooperation,operations management,long-term development and profit sharing.It has a negative impact with the development of health care industry.The PPP mode has been widely used all over the world and achieved remarkable success.It gradually expanded to the public service area including education,medical treatment,sanitation,indemnificatory housing,elderly care etc.PPP mode fully integrated the advantages of government sector and private capital which is able to solve funding,quality of service and operating maintenance efficiency problems of the development of health elderly care characteristic town.This thesis started with the introduction of the health care industries' market prospect.We analyzed health elderly care industry dominated characteristic town's development prospect and model needs.We also concluded the necessity and urgency of these characteristic towns' development mode creativity.Next,we analyzed PPP development mode's types and experience.We combined city Z's successful experience of characteristic town construction,especially among social environment,policy environment,planning and development.We analyzed the developing path,difficulties and problems of these characteristic towns.Last,we proposed PPP development mode's countermeasures and suggestions of characteristic towns whose industry was dominated by health elderly care.These countermeasures and suggestions include optimizing approval and supplying management service,intensifying and supporting element security,as well as intensifying Supporting construction supply.
