Since the emergence of the media platform has provided a broad platform for public speech,it also shows the benefits of speech from the media platform for the construction of democracy and legal system and the great destructive power to social stability.Therefore,it should be prudent to treat we media platforms.China's we media platform for speech regulation has formed a ternary legal relationship between the publisher of speech,the we media platform and the government.It platform is not only the exerciser of public power but also the regulated body of the government,and its uniqueness.Status determines a unique legal obligation.However,there are two major problems in practice: First,there are various problems in the legal supervision of we media platforms,including the imperfections of the legal system,the unreasonable set of platform obligations,and the lack of platform regulatory procedures;second,Speech regulation of we media platforms faces the predicament of lack of "public law theory" support,which leads to the problem of lack of procedures for the internal regulation of the platform.The theory of traditional administrative law has not been sufficient to solve the above problems.To this end,the third party's obligation theory will be used as a theoretical basis for the study of this issue.Case studies,literature analysis,and comparative studies will be used to explore we media platforms.The perfect measures for the regulation of speech,including the improvement of the legal system,the establishment of reasonable obligations on the platform,the improvement of law enforcement methods,and the introduction of the principle of due process.I hope that this paper will promote the improvement of the level of speech regulation and protect citizens freedom of speech.
