Research On The Legal Regulation Of Internet Speech In The Age Of We Media

The constitution of our country gives citizens the right to freedom of speech,and the realization of this right requires various carriers.With the rapid development of science and technology,in recent years,We media such as WeChat and Weibo,which rely on the Internet,have emerged and become widely popular.They have become an important position for people to exercise freedom of speech in their daily life and have also made the freedom of speech on the Internet unprecedented.However,the open,fast and anonymous nature of We media linked to real life has also led to the negative effects of abuse of freedom of speech.Therefore,it is necessary to regulate online speech in the age of We media.Firstly,the thesis separately elaborates the parts of We media,freedom of speech and freedom of speech of We media,and analyzes the characteristics and values of network speech in the media age.Secondly,it is very necessary to regulate the We media network speech from its adverse effects and conflicts on national interests,social public order,citizens' legitimate rights and interests and judicial justice,and it is believed that the regulation of We media as a product of the development of the Internet must return to the regulation of the freedom of network speech.Thirdly,the author combs the current situation of China's online speech regulation from the perspective of law enforcement,government regulation and industry self-discipline,and correspondingly analyzes the deficiencies in these aspects.Combined with foreign experience and China's national conditions,the thesis finally puts forward four perfect countermeasures on the premise of protecting the freedom of speech from four aspects: perfecting the network-related legislation,perfecting the government supervision system and governance measures,strengthening the self-discipline of the Internet industry,and actively cultivating the self-discipline spirit and legal spirit of netizens,so as to better safeguard China's legal order and the benign development of the network environment,and promote the socialist spiritual civilization and democratic process.
