The Satisfaction Evaluation Of Public Policy Is Based On The Development Needs Of Small And Micro Business In Yiwu City

The small and micro business are beneficial cells of the urban economy,their expansion is also important contents of urban economic management.Yiwu City is a global production and trading center for small commodities of the small and micro business.Under the "New Normal" economy,the small and micro business in Yiwu City face many new problems,because of the weak anti-risk ability,so that they need the public policies to have further improved.At the same time,the Yiwu government continues to improve its public policies on small and micro business,which are beneficial to the development of small and micro business and building a good business environment for urban economy.This study takes the needs of small and micro business in the public policies as a starting point,and uses questionnaires to surveys 101 small and micro business in Yiwu City to understand the current happening of them.The main purpose is to find the problems existing in the process of public policies in serving the small and micro business,the demand of the small and micro business in the public policies,and ultimately promoting the Yiwu government's public policy services for small and micro business.The Yiwu government has achieved many good influence through its public policies for small and micro business and has received some support of them.However,the “shortage of funds,” “lack of talent,” and “rapid growth in costs” are still prominent problems faced by small and micro business.And "enterprise support"," tax support","market development" and “finance support ” are still urgent needs of small and micro business.Moreover,the study finds that small and micro business began to focusing on their own protection of rights and interests.They also value the government's role in the market development of them.Besides,The two dimensions of the government's public policy “innovation ability” and “meetting requirements” affect the satisfaction of small and micro business to government's public policies.Therefore,the Yiwu government should first pay attention to the promotion and popularization of the public policy.Secondly,it should combine the regional economy,attach importance to the acquisition of funds and the introduction of talents to small and micro business,finally,should pay attention to the innovation in public policies.Through all of the above,creating a good business environment for small and micro business in Yiwu City may be true.
