The Research On The Capacity Cornstruction Of Social Organization Incubator In JiangXi

Social organization as a public organization,is as important as the government and the market,we also called “the third sector”.It has through the “public interest to volunteer” to make up for the defect and insufficient market,and is one of the important role in the modernization of governance.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it asked to exert the role of social organizations in social governance.In order to promote the development of social organizations,social organization arises at the historic moment.The incubator base is new mechanism to foster social organizations,it's good for the growth of social organizations..But now,the social organization incubator is just getting started in our country,there are still many problems need to be solved,especially in the central areas.This paper studies the capacity building of social organization incubation base in JiangXi,designed to find out the operation experience and existing problems in the incubator,then put forward the targeted strategies.It is used for reference in underdeveloped areas.The thesis mainly adopts qualitative research methods like interview and literature,through these we can understand the work of incubator and the incubated organization,and their views on incubators.Aiming at some problems like specialization and resource of social organization incubator in JiangXi,we raised some recommendations like:increase government support,expand theoretical research and strengthen the construction of talent teams.
