Research On The Predicament And Development Of Social Organization Incubator

Social organization's development shows: professional and standard social organizations can timely and effective find solution to the problems that government can't solve.They can repair part defects of government governance,assist the government to solve social problems,share the government's stress and satisfy people's needs,maintain social stability.In the context of government transfers the partial function of public service,it brings opportunities for the development of social organizations.But serious problems exist in social organizations,such as in low quality,management ability is weak,lack of resources.At the beginning of the establishment of social organization,they are in hardship.Without good environment and assistance,they can extremely easy to die in the process of development.In order to make cultivating and hatching social organization better,we established the system of social organization incubation,established social organization incubator.Incubator provide office facilities,training activities,policy advice,cultivate idea,share information,evaluating supervision service for social organizations,promote social organization's ability,reduce the obstacles in the development of social organizations.At present,several social organization incubators have established in many cities in our country,they still at the exploration stage,need to continuously grope for suitable for local development mode.This article takes Q social organization incubator in Wuhan for example to explore incubator,combs incubator's working content,service content,development predicament,and positive thinking out effective countermeasures.This paper summarizes the development dilemma of social organization incubator are: weak to support social organization;Staff professional ability is poor,staff leaving fast;Social organization and incubators contact less;Incubators lack of interaction with the outside world,understanding degree is not high.In this paper,some targeted suggestions are put forward on the future development of the incubator: the government should guide incubator correctly,incubators should strengthen their own ability to support social organizations,giving staff more training to elevate their ability;strengthen the interaction with the outside world resources,through Venture Philanthropy to strengthen social organization.Expect these suggestions have reference significance to other social organizations incubators.
