| Our country's copyright law to exclude current affairs within the scope of protection,and in the midst of "the copyright law implementation regulations" has carried on the clear definition to the concept of the current news,the simple fact that news.In the copyright infringement disputes,however,on the current news that still exist,such as the current news have different standards,the attached photography properties defined,and such problems as insufficient protection to the authors in current affairs.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the issues identified by current events.Studied in this paper through the analysis of the existing problems,put forward the feasible policy response,better protect the legitimate rights and interests of current news writers,concrete is divided into four parts of the thesis:the first part,on the basis of law subject,combined with other related disciplines,the current news and its determined systematically expounds in copyright infringement cases;The second part is the investigation of the legal system in China and abroad.In the third part,through the analysis of the relevant cases of news identification and protection,we find some problems that need to be solved.In the fourth part,the author's legal protection is to solve the problem. |
