With the rapid development of the economy nowadays,the social contradictions has become a sharp upward trend.To maintain the long-term stability of the society,it is necessary to establish a strong public security force with strong combat effectiveness.However,new features have emerged in the public security work in the new period,including heavy duty,high risk,high pressure.However,the large number of public security policemen do not get the relevant income and returns.The incentive mechanism of public security system is not high and the promotion space is limited.As a result,the enthusiasm of some policemen has been seriously affected,and public security teams have experienced bottlenecks.The combat effectiveness has weakened and the image of the people has been damaged.How to improve the incentive mechanism of the public security system,and constantly improve the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the public security police,and thus enhance the overall combat effectiveness and maintain the long-term stability of the country,which have become the most important task of the current work.This paper studies the incentive mechanism of public security system,which has a profound practical significance for improving the incentive mechanism of the current public security system,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of the police and improving the work efficiency.This paper is based on the public security in Nanning as the research object,aiming to the present situation of public security incentive mechanism as the main line of investigation by designing and distributing questionnaires,investigates the factors that affect the incentive mechanism,and explores the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of public security organisms in Nanning,including the macro incentive mechanism,the micro-incentive measures,etc.,besides that,this paper will analyze the reasons from three levels of consciousness,system and external environment,by referring to the beneficial results of the study of incentive mechanisms in the government departments of the United States,Japan,Singapore,and other developed countries,combining with personal knowledge and the actual work experience,Putting forward proposal for improving the public security system incentive mechanism from the preferential police system,performance appraisal mechanism,salary mechanism,promotion mechanism,training mechanism,work incentive mechanism and other aspects.This paper aims at providing some theoretical support for the improvement of the incentive mechanism of the public security system in Nanning,as well as providing reference for the incentive mechanism of public security system in other regions,which can achieve the improvement of the enthusiasm,work efficiency and initiative of the staff of public security system,and to improve the overall image of public security forces.
