The requirement for happiness of the people is more and more high along with the change and development of the environment in the current market economy condition,accordingly the higher demand to the public security work is also put forward,and the age structure and the cultural level of the police team changes more and more quickly.The original management mechanism of police team has not adapted to the needs of current security situation development in many respects,and hindered the sustainable development of the public security work to some extent.It is an important topic that how to further strengthen the construction of police team and enhance the internal management level so as to further enhance the comprehensive element of the policemen of the public security front and enhance the ability of the whole public security front to defend their homes.It is an important research content to study scientific and reasonable incentive system to arouse the enthusiasm of the police.In this paper,according to the modern incentive theory,taking related scholars research achievements as reference,the police incentive status in quo of DQ public security bureau are analyzed,and problems of police incentive existing in DQ public security bureau are found out.The problems mainly displays in: ideal and faith,professional identity and belonging,demand analysis,spiritual and emotional stimulation,negative motivational applications,discipline style and performance management,etc.On the basis of drawing on the experience of police officers in developed countries and regions,aimed at the problems existing in the police incentive of the DQ public security bureau,the principle of incentive are put forward,the countermeasures strengthening police incentive are put forward from the aspects of understanding requirements,perfecting performance evaluation mechanism,and comprehensively using incentive methods.And the safeguard measures for perfecting the DQ public security bureau police incentive are given from the aspects of strengthening the ideological awareness education,optimizing allocation of police force,strengthening the scientific nature of performance appraisal,promoting affection management for the team,strengthening the construction of the public relations for the police.
