Research On The Construction Of Moral Evaluation Index System Of Public Welfare State Owned Enterprises In China Based On Stakeholder Theory

Moral construction is not only the meaning of market economy but also an important part of corporate culture construction.With the continuous development of reform and opening up and the market economy,some companies have ignored their economic interests while even touching the moral bottom line.Environmental crises such as environmental pollution,predatory development,counterfeiting,and swindle and swindle have seriously endangered the socialist market economy.With orderly and healthy development,the construction of corporate ethics and regulations needs to be strengthened.Public welfare state-owned enterprises,due to their special status and status,should play an exemplary and exemplary role in building their moral civilization.However,at present,China's public welfare state-owned enterprises still have many weak links in moral construction,such as the use of information advantages to gain interests,unbalanced moral awareness,and natural monopolies that lead to moral anomie,and generally lack scientific and reasonable standards for moral evaluation.This article aims to build a scientific and rational moral evaluation index system for public welfare state-owned enterprises in China on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the status and existing problems of China's public welfare state-owned enterprises.This article analyzes the following ideas: First,based on theories of stakeholders,social responsibility and human-based management,analyze the status quo and existing problems of the moral construction of public welfare state-owned enterprises in China from the perspectives of ethics,economics,sociology,and management;Through the methods of investigation and research,comparison of indicators,etc.,the construction of a public welfare state-owned enterprise moral evaluation index system was adopted.Finally,through empirical research,factor analysis and other methods,the weights among the indicators were determined,and the measures for corporate ethics construction were proposed accordingly.And suggestions.From the moral data of public welfare state-owned enterprises in Jiangxi Province in 2016,we have obtained the following conclusions:(1)The performance of various factors varies greatly between industries.This may be due to the fact that there is no corresponding supervision and punishment mechanism for the moral performance of different public welfare state-owned enterprises.At the same time,different industries have different understandings of the advantages and disadvantages of corporate ethics construction.(2)There is a big difference in performance among the industries.The worst performer is the railway construction industry,with a total factor score of-0.1497 points;the best performing situation is the medical and health industry,followed by the culture and education industry,with an average total score of 0.1293 points and 0.1176 points respectively,with the highest score and the lowest score.There is a big gap between points.(3)Corporate geographical influence on the implementation of corporate ethics is not significant,but the comprehensive results still show that the public performance of the public welfare state-owned enterprises in the northern region is the best,followed by the central enterprises,but the differences between the extreme values are larger,and the southern enterprises The worst performance.This may be due to the fact that there are many enterprises in the north and central regions,and the competition is fierce.The supervision and interest received by the people are more concerned,while the western regions are lagging behind because of the development.The development focus of enterprises is currently mainly on the economy,and to a certain extent The implementation of corporate ethics.(4)The company attaches the utmost importance to the ethical performance of shareholders and creditors.With the continuous improvement of the social morality guidelines,different companies have begun to pay attention to the benefits brought about by social moral construction.The situation of moral construction is good,but The degree of emphasis on suppliers,employees,and the government has yet to be strengthened.
