The Recognition Investigation Of CUEB Alumni Mutual Assistance Platform

In order to solve the problem that the CUEB alumni may needs first-time donations after critical illness,the Secretariat of CUEB alumni association are actively searching for appropriate mutual assistance pattern from 2015.In November 2015,CUBE alumni mutual assistance platform officially came out.Till now,it includes personal accident insurance and critical illness insurance plans,which follow the rules like free-entrance.People could quit the plan freely,besides the maximum amount of donation for a person is no more than 300 million yuan and the annual membership fee is less than 90 yuan.“Alumni Benefits” mutual assistance platform still can't operate now as the number of initiator doesn't reach to 20 million.However,comparing to the boost number of registrants for the internet mutual assitance platform like Kangai Community,Zhongtuo Bang,Shuidi Huzhu,and e Huzhu,the problems of our hysteretic platform can be explained by the lack of trustee among teachers and students,the vulnirability of the platform,and other comparative choices for the similar platforms.Trying to find the reasons behind this circumstance and accordingly put up with modification plans,the author bagan to take a research for the supply and demand side of platform,which respectively indicates platform design and satisfaction from alumni from December,2017.This essay uses Logistic Model to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of CUEB “Alumni Benefits”platform.There are five factors passes the test.The results show that those who trust the platform and are willing to share it with friends and family have a hign degree of recognition to the platform.On the contrary,those who are risk adverse and know better about platform have relatively low degree of recognition to the platform.Then the author provides seven suggetions from three aspects,which are advertisment,products design and resource integration to solve the problem.
