Nowadays,Chinese people's awareness of insurance is increasing,and their demand for health risk assurance is becoming more and more urgent.In the traditional social security system,social security covers a limited amount of expenses for some major diseases,while commercial insurance has a heavy nature of financial management,low cost performance and high price,and its coverage rate is not high among the middle and low-income groups.When they are faced with major diseases,people have no money to cure them.They turn to the society for fundraising,but the fundraising efficiency is very low and the cycle is long.How to solve this problem has become an important contributor to the emergence of Internet mutual security.Mutual Aid Platform is a safe and efficient network mutual aid platform focusing on the public to enjoy better protection.The plan launched by the platform is to provide members with the insurance business of quick fund payment in the face of major diseases,so as to help members get better health protection.The mode of operation of mutual support is that when members suffer from serious diseases,community users help each other,share risks and provide risk protection instead of investment return.As people invest a small amount of money,they can be a member of a support group.After the observation period,if the member is diagnosed cancer or has an accident,they can apply for mutual help.If the third party survey company confirmed,other members will make a small anount of donations.The apportionment of the rescued members will be based on some factors such as age,incidence of a disease.The mutual-aid model's ability to withstand risk depends on the size of the community.This means that the larger the community,the less each person contributes.According to the actual needs of users,the platform has launched four plans:comprehensive children's medical scheme,comprehensive accident medical scheme,major illness protection scheme for young and middle-aged people and major illness protection scheme for middle-aged and aged people.Through the platform,users can purchase a mutual aid plan in line with the actual situation for themselves and their families.If they fall ill during the effective period of the plan,they can apply to the mutual aid protection platform for compensation.After the approval,they will receive mutual aid money.The project adopts the popular concept of micro-service architecture to build a stable and secure distributed system.Based on the excellent components provided by the Spring Cloud framework,the overall business function of the project was divided into user account service,mutual service,order payment service,background audit service and message service in the design process.Services fulfill specific business functions and invoke each other to fulfill overall business requirements.The project uses MySQL cluster to store user data,and uses Redis cluster to cache some highly concurrent queried data,which improves the processing efficiency of the server.This paper discusses in detail the four modules I mainly participated in the design and development during the internship,including the user account system,application compensation system,background audit system and background permission system.At present,the platform has been launched and put into use,with over 10 million registered users and over 100 million yuan of indemnity,providing more comprehensive health care for thousands of families.
