Local evaluation index system is based on the rule of law in our country current immature state of development of the rule of law,in a period of time the current situation of the development of a region,the integrated use of multidisciplinary research methods,to construct a quantifiable,concrete index system of science,calculated can reflect the development level of the rule of law score.Evaluation under the rule of law to introduce shortly but has developed rapidly in our country,from the first index under the rule of law in China,"index" rule of law in Hong Kong,the first index under the rule of law in mainland China-"Yuhang index under the rule of law" is put forward,and then to the first provincial cities in mainland China index under the rule of law-"the rule of law in Kunming index" is put forward,and then Beijing,Wuxi,Sichuan and other places are used to assess the rule of law,Guangxi Nanning also served as the rule of law to assess,Guangxi development level indicates that Guangxi is assessment of the rule of the realistic conditions.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background and significance of Guangxi city rule of law evaluation index system,and literature interview.The second part is the theoretical basis of the urban rule of law evaluation system in Guangxi.The general concept is divided into four parts: rule of law evaluation,rule of law evaluation index system,rule of law evaluation in cities,and the urban rule of law evaluation system in Guangxi.The third part is about the necessity and feasibility analysis of Guangxi cityrule of law evaluation.At the part of the feasibility of city rule of law evaluation,the auther add the evaluation system for Zhejiang Yuhang,the rule of law in Kunming comprehensive evaluation system in detail,analysis on the representative system of rule of law evaluation in GuangXi at present stage,finally,summarizes the problems existing in the evaluation and reflection of our rule of law;The last part is the construction of the evaluation index system of city rule of law in Guangxi.On the basis of learning from the practical experience of Yuhang and Hong Kong,it puts forward the main purpose and basic principles of evaluation,organizational leadership system,construction process,core index,basic structure,evaluation subject,index calculation method,restriction mechanism and other contents,making a survey on the satisfaction of the masses,and the scoring calculation and data analysis were carried out.
