Study On The Improvement Of Supervision Efficiency Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Accredited Institutions In Jiangxi Province

The dispatched discipline inspection and supervision group is an important part of the ccdi.It is an inevitable requirement for deepening overall and strict party governance and an important guarantee for the implementation of central and local decisions and arrangements by the resident units and departments.Since 2004,the central commission for discipline inspection and the ministry of supervision have formally implemented unified management over the accredited agencies.In recent years,under the background of deepening the comprehensive and strict governance of the party and the reform of the supervision system,the party and the national discipline inspection and supervision accreditation system have carried out comprehensive and in-depth reform,and made continuous explorations in practice,and achieved obvious results.Jiangxi provincial commission for discipline inspection and supervision actively ADAPTS to the requirements of the reform of full coverage,including the accredited work into the overall situation of the province’s discipline inspection and supervision work,promoting the reform of the advantages of the system to constantly transform into governance efficiency,in 2016 to achieve the full coverage of provincial units accredited,and in April 2018,accredited(dispatched)institutions implemented a unified name change.The increase of "supervision" not only means the change of the nam,but also means the major change of the duties and tasks,the nature of the work and the further enrichment of the means of supervision and investigation,which has realized the overall improvement of the supervision from "shaping" to "casting".With the deepening of the pilot reform of the national supervision system,many problems encountered by the discipline inspection and supervision teams in the actual supervision work gradually emerged.Based on this understanding,this paper combs the historical context of accredited supervision,taking the discipline inspection and supervision group of jiangxi provincial commission for discipline inspection and supervision in the provincial federation of trade unions as an example,discusses the existing results,existing problems,analysis causes and improvement Suggestions from four aspects,and strives to use the small fulcrum of supervision to promote the overall and strict governance of the party.
