The goal of human resource management of the auxiliary police force is to obtain the talents needed by the auxiliary police force,to establish the benign relationship between the public security organ and the auxiliary police members,and to satisfy the sustainable development goal of the auxiliary police force from the human resources.At the same time to meet the individual members of the individual growth and development needs.Although the auxiliary police force has made some achievements in assisting public security at this stage,due to the lack of a sound auxiliary police management system,an effective supervisory and assessment mechanism,and systematic education and training,In addition,the external conditions such as the changes of social material conditions,social instability factors continue to increase,leading to the emergence of some practical problems in the auxiliary police force,which need to be paid attention to and solved.Due to the limitations of the establishment and funding,the police strength of the public security organs cannot be substantially increased at this stage.Under such circumstances,the auxiliary police force remains an indispensable and important force in accomplishing heavy tasks.In order to solve the problems existing in the auxiliary police force,maximize its positive role and realize the sustainable development,it is necessary to study the human resource management of the auxiliary police force.Salary management has its particularity in human resource management,which determines the rational allocation and use of human resources.The theoretical and practical significance of the research on the salary management of auxiliary police team is very important,but at present,there is no scientific management system for the auxiliary police team in Y traffic police brigade,which is urgently needed to be solved through systematic research.This paper starts from the salary management of the auxiliary police force of the public security.Firstly,taking the auxiliary police team of the Y traffic police brigade as an example,it carries out a detailed questionnaire survey,collects data and data from three aspects: personal information,daily work and daily management of the auxiliary police.Using the public management theory learned,combined with the actual situation of the operation of the auxiliary police team in the Y traffic police brigade,through comprehensive analysis,empirical theoretical thinking and research,to analyze the actual situation of the auxiliary police team management in the Y traffic police brigade;thirdly,This paper discusses the influence of compensation management on the sustainable development of the auxiliary police team of Y traffic police brigade,and finally puts forward a systematic and comprehensive establishment of the compensation management system for the auxiliary police of Y traffic police brigade.Research shortcomings: in order to facilitate the study of visual field aggregation,the research perspective is mainly focused on the case of Y traffic police brigade auxiliary police team,the other types of auxiliary police team research is not enough,quantitative research methods are still not in place.
