The target of auxiliary police human resources management is attacting all kinds of talented person that the auxiliary police needed, building the good relations between the regularised police force and the auxiliary police, meeting the goals of sustainable development of auxiliary police and the needs of the individual growth and development from the human resources. Because of the distemperedness of the auxiliary police management, lack of education, training, supervise and assessment, especially the salary level is far beyond the average. Nowadays the social material conditions and ideological changes, social unrest continually increasing, follow with the great achievement made by the auxiliary force in the role of the public security, but still there are some challenge to be resolved. Based on the insufficiency of police resource, the auxiliary police team is an important force in assisting the public security. This study is aimed to resolve the problems existing in the auxiliary police force, maximize its positive role and improve the execution construction, we have to study the human resource management of the auxiliary police.Comparing with other aspects of human resources management such as recruitment, training, performance, personnel management, salary management has its particularity and determines the configuration and use of human resource. Nowadays the salary management of LW auxiliary police is a gap in scientificity, meaning to both theoretical and pratical significance, so it is badly in need of being studied and constructed systematically. This study carries out from the auxiliary police force salary management, firstly, based on domestic and oversea’s research, from detailed questionnaire and collect feedbacks for analysis, submit to related personal information, daily work and management of auxiliary police, using the theory of the public management and relative literatures, considering the current operation of LW auxiliary police force, and gives a comprehensive analysis. Moreover, the study discusses how the salary management affects the sustainability development of the police resource and provides some methods to establish and enhance the management about overtime and holiday leave benefits filling the voids. The lack of this study is that the quantitative analysis and discussion is only based on the salary management of LW auxiliary police force, for attracting research view, losing sight of other aspects.
