Research On The Pension Service Of Loss One-child Elderly By Social Work Intervention

The family planning policy promulgated by the state in the late 1970s prevented our population from experiencing explosive growth but also resulted in the emergence of a special and fragile family structure such as "single-child family." Loss of independence has become the aftermath of this policy.Nowadays,China has entered the aging society,and the number of the elderly with the loss of independence is also on the rise.Since ancient times,the traditional concept of raising children to protect the elderly has been deeply rooted in Chinese society.The elderly who have lost their independence can not afford to rely on them for their twilight years and can only bear grief alone in their lives.As a special disadvantaged group,the demand for pension services differs from that of ordinary seniors.Although the problem of pension services for the elderly who are deprived of their seniors receives more and more attention from all levels of government and has been promulgated by some relevant institutional measures,But these are far from enough to solve the root of their problems.As a concentrated manifestation of the family risk of one-child children,the elderly who need independence should receive more care and support from the whole society.This article takes H Street,Changsha City,Hunan Province as the survey site,and takes the elderly who are not alone in the street as the research object,and mainly takes the intervention method of individual social work.The article is divided into five parts,the first part introduces the origin of the study,the purpose and significance of the study,research ideas and methods,summarizes the research status at home and abroad;The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the article research,and defines the concept of the elderly who are out of control and the pension service.On the basis of in-depth interviews,the third part gives a brief introduction of the basic living conditions of the elderly living in H Street,discusses their old-age plight in the later years of life which is characterized by their weak economic foundation,lack of daily care and lack of psychological comfort,And carefully analyzed the system and social reasons that led to these dilemmas;The fourth part summarizes the practical process of social work get involved elderly care services for the elderly who have lost their senses,introduces the service process involved in social work in detail in two cases,collects the information of the clients and analyzes the demand,and sets service goals and service plans.The fifth part mainly summarizes the research in combination with substantive process,and at the same time makes relevant discussions to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the pension service for the elderly who are losing only child.
