At present,China has entered the stage of rapid development of population aging,and the pressure of pension is increasingly prominent.At the same time,the old-age pension system based on home-based care is not only playing a good role,but on the contrary,its long-term development is facing difficulties.With the development and perfection of the Internet technology revolution,the Internet,Internet of things and other modern technologies are applied to the home care mode,upgrading and upgrading the traditional home care mode.This provides a new way to solve the current pension dilemma in China.The direct participants and main beneficiaries of the elderly as smart home care providers are actively choosing to participate in the construction of intelligent home care,or just a passive acceptance,which is related to the successful construction of the smart home care mode and its long-term development.Based on this,this paper intends to explore the intention of the elderly to participate in smart home care,and understand what factors are influencing the formation of the elderly's intention to participate in smart home care.As a research theory of the prediction and interpretation of human behavior intention,the theory of planned behavior has been proved to be able to effectively explain the formation of behavior intention and behavior.Therefore,based on the theory of planned behavior and the characteristics of the elderly,this paper constructs a research model for the elderly's intention to participate in smart home care.Through the 298 valid questionnaires recovered from the empirical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)the research category of application of the theory of planned behavior in the elderly participation,to form an effective explanation of the elderly to participate in the intention of smart home care,the follow-up of the related research has a certain reference.(2)the behavior attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control of elderly people participating in smart home care have a significant positive impact on their intention to participate in smart home care.(3)demographic and demographic characteristics show significant differences in behavior attitude and perceived behavior control among elderly people who participate in smart home care.
