Quality Of Life Of Inhabitants Based On Service Distance Of Public Facilities

As a basic unit of resident life,the planning and research of public facilities around the residential quarter is conducive to the solicitude for civic life and maintenance of social harmony.Based on the basic ideas of big data,1,326 residential quarters and 25,815 available living service facilities are selected from the four districts of Dalian City.Two methods of GIS spatial analysis,overlay analysis and buffer analysis are used to this paper.Based on geometrical center of Dalian City as a reference,azimuth control points are the starting points.The section lines from north to south(N-S),west to east(W-E),northwest to southeast(NWSE),and southwest to northeast(SW-NE)are taken from the starting point.Study concludes that residential quarters high-quality of life in Dalian City are all distributed on the flat terrain and the economic development areas surrounding by major transportation lines.“Hot spots” are presented in the form of “?”:(1)The hight-quality of life of education services for residents in Dalian is distributed in the west of Ganjingzi District,the east of Shahekou District,the north of Xigang District,the northeastern part of Shahekou District,and the northwestern part of Zhongshan District.The middle and low value regions gradually spread outward.Similar to education services,the high value appears as a concentrated distribution of small areas,overall the value is still as highe in Zhongshan,Xigang and Shahekou north center area.(2)The low value areas of medical and healthcare services are distributed along the administrative boundary of the four districts in Dalian.With the ring continuing to shrink,the high scores are mainly distributed on Xi'an Road-People's Square-Shengli Road this Triangle Area and around Zhongshan Square,Sanba Square.The cultural and sports quality of life is similar to the distribution of medical and health care.High-quality residential communities are concentrated on both sides of the subway from Union Road to Gangwan Square.(3)The commercial facilities in Dalian City are distributed in population and industrially dense areas.Although the number of distribution facilities is small,the distribution is relatively uniform.It can be seen that the quality of life and quality of the residential quarters under the influence of such facilities are concentrated along the No.1 and No.2 lines of the Metro in Dalian.From the Quanshui to the south of Heishijiao,it extends from Heishijiao to Gangwan Square in the northeast direction and is distributed in an “L” shape.The lowest values are mainly distributed in the southeast of Zhongshan District and the west of Ganjingzi District.(4)Due to the wide distribution of bus stations and subway stations,the difference in the quality of life of municipal public utilities is small.The districts with high scores for leisure and entertainment are distributed along the periphery of Donggang,Zhongshan Square,Qingniwaqiao,People's Square and Xi'an Road presented in the form of “?”.The lower valued districts are located along the east of Ganjingzi District and down to the north of Xigang District,west of Ganjingzi,Hongjin Road of Ganjingzi and the mountainous part of Zhongshan District.(5)According to the calculations,the top three residents with excellent overall quality of life are located in Xigang District,and the proportion is the proportion of Xigang District> Shahekou District> Zhongshan District> Ganjingzi District.The 527 plots of comprehensive quality of life H-H clustering area is based on the Xinan Road and Zhongshan Road which located in the Shahekou District and Xigang District.There are 141 L-H heterogeneous residential quarters outward,413 clustering features are not significant,and the outermost 237 quality of life L-L type levels as “depression”.
