The Caste's Factors And Its Influence In The Contemporary Indian Political Party System

Caste is a traditional system of India with a history of 3,000 years.Through the deification of religion,the caste stratifies the population from birth,occupation,identity and so on,in order to rule.Caste is deeply rooted in the social aspects of India.India's political parties are no exception,and the party system is still mixed with caste.This paper introduces the Indian caste system and sorts out the Indian multi-party system.Based on caste,literature analyses and case's analyses are used to analyze the caste influence of Indian political party system in my article.To study the caste factors in the Indian political party system.In the contemporary Indian politics,the caste political parties are influencing the developments of the Indian political party system in the process of the continuous development.On the one hand,the caste-based party has increased the enthusiasm of people for political participation,improved the structure of the party,and brought the elites of lower-caste into parliament.On the other hand,the differentiation of caste's interest has deepened the fragmentation of the political party system,which has affected the stability of the country.The government's policies towards low caste has caused the lack of fairness between the caste competitions,which has led to deeper caste's conflicts.Although the low caste population can enter the parliament,the legacy of its ethnic group causes it to drag down the overall level of parliament.This article attempts to analyze the caste's factors and their influence for the Indian political party system.It can have a clear understanding of India's political party system and caste,and on the basis of the above issues,it can propose a method of adjusting and adapting the caste and Indian political parties.Exploring the influence of caste on the political party system in order enriches the field of political party system.
