Spatial Pattern Of Illegal Land Phenomenon In China Based On Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis

With the continuous development of human material and spiritual civilization life,people's demand for land resources is becoming more and more intense,and the contradiction between land supply and demand appears gradually.Under the stimulation of multiple interests,there are more and more land violations and various forms of land violations.Therefore,analyzing the spatial pattern of land violation in our country,including the analysis of spatial and temporal differences,the analysis of self-correlation,the characteristics and internal laws of land violation,is of great significance to effectively restrain land violation and correct land violation.At the same time,it has positive practical significance for improving the efficiency of Land Management and protecting limited public resources.Based on the exploratory spatial data analysis method,the following conclusions are obtained by analyzing the data related to land violation in the past ten years by comparing the spatial and temporal differences.First,the number of land violation cases in our country shows a fluctuation and decline trend.Secondly,the illegal land area of our country has certain relation with geographical location and economic development.Third,during the period centered on 2004 and 2007,the concentration of illegal land areas increased in some provinces and the demand for land in some provinces increased dramatically.Fourth,the study on the spatial and temporal distribution of land violations in China defines the peak,fluctuation and stability zones.Using Arcgis and Geoda software,the spatial self-correlation analysis method is used to analyze the law of land violation in 31 provinces of mainland China in three stages.Through the study,it was found that the illegal density of land in all provinces showed strong spatial correlation and significant spatial correlation.On the whole,the land violation in mainland China is becoming more and more obvious in space agglomeration.High-value agglomerations are concentrated in North and East China,and low values in the central and western provinces.Based on the periodic jump analysis of local space correlation,the heat source effect in diffusion effect is better than the cold source effect,and the low value of coverage effect is better than the high value.It can be concluded that the effect of high value of land violation density is stronger than low value,and the effect of imitation of land violation is strong.Based on the significant level map,the land violation in mainland China is divided into high value concentration area,low value concentration area,"convex" value area and "concave" value area.Through building the classical linear regression model to verify the influence of the influence factor on the land violation,the author makes an empirical analysis of the GDP,land finance,urbanization,industrial structure and land expropriation as variables,and puts forward some suggestions on the influence factor.
