Study On Spatial Analysis In Urban Land Price Information And Its Application

Land Price is a multidimensional ; concept characterized by time and space, it has higher relevance and particularity in spatial distribution. Nevertheless, current studies on spatial analysis of urban land price information in China mainly focus on data processing, spatial interpolation, land price prediction and so forth, lacking systematic and entire research, especially on the regulation and application of spatial distribution in different types of urban land price based on large scale and large sample. This dissertation's purpose is to establish database of urban land price information by systematic study on spatial analysis and the development and application of computer technology. It also gropes for the form and inherent regulation of urban land price by discussing the spatial distribution regulation, then provides reference for macro-control of urban land price and sustainable development of urban in China, through accurate urban land grading, land price assessment and standard land price updating.According to the above, based on retrospection and summarization to the application of spatial analysis technology in land price's study, this dissertation probes into the theories and methods of studying on spatial distribution characteristic and regulation of land price by using Geostatistics and GIS with the objective of land price information in the central zone of Yuyao urban. Then, establishes the land price digital model by application of GIS, and analyses the spatial characteristic and correlative regulation of land price distribution in the central zone of Yuyao. Finally, besides making comparative studies on spatial interpolation, this dissertation also makes research on urban land grading and standard land price updating on the basis of spatial structure regulation in land price distribution.
