China is a developing country and the world's most populous country,and it is also the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world.With the arrival of an aging population,elderly people's pension problems have become increasingly prominent,and china's emphasis on the cause of aging is increasing..Affected by china's family planning policy,the weakening of family functions has caused the current family structure to be unable to support the pension pressure.In recent years,community construction has gradually begun to receive the attention of the state and the government.With the gradual improvement of community functions.China's community old-age pension model is also came into being.The c community in Xi'an has been providing home life services for the elderly in the community since the establishment of the home care service station in 2010 to meet the daily needs of the elderly.This study takes the active ageing as a framework and starts from the three pillars of active aging.It analyzes the needs of the elderly in the c community,and mainly addresses the needs of the elderly in social participation.It employs one of the three major methods of social work.The method involves c community community home care services,the use of group work,to provide opportunities for the elderly to participate in society,improve the social participation of the elderly,help the elderly to do the old things.In this study,the author collaborated with the community residents committee to complete the group activities,record and analyze the group process,and finally evaluate and reflect on the team work.The purpose of this study is to provide new practical experience for the work of the group to intervene in community home-based care.
