Research On The Influence Of Popularization Of Wechat On The Relationship Between Government And Residents In Rural Community Governance

The popularity of the WeChat has brought many new issues to the research and practice of social governance.Community governance is a microscopic manifestation of social governance.After the WeChat and other mobile Internet software platforms became popular in the community,these media brought many changes to the traditional governance model.The various entities of community governance also changed due to the popularity of the mobile Internet.Among them,the change in the government-resident relationship is the key issue of this change.The suburban rural community as the object of the paper research has a high degree of popularization of the mobile Internet,and has a wide range of impact.At the same time,due to the reasons such as land requisition and demolition,various types of contradictions are frequent and prone to occur,which is the difficulty in community governance.As a widely spread mobile Internet software tool,WeChat has chosen universal access to rural communities because it can provide convenient,cheap and inexpensive information services,has low barriers to entry,and is widely used in rural communities.The core dissertation proposed in this paper revolves around the influence of WeChat on the interaction between government and residents in community governance.Focusing on this issue,the paper discusses the connotation and definition of the relationship between government and residents in community governance,and refers to related research and actual situation analysis.The Role and Interaction of Government and Residents in Community Governance.The paper focused on the question of whether WeChat has the ability to intervene in the process of community governance and have an impact.Through empirical research,we verified the popularity of WeChat in rural communities and understood its application in rural community governance.Based on this,combined with field research,the paper analyzed the three dimensions of information media(media characteristics of WeChat),information sources(sources from both internal and external parts of the community),and information users(community as a whole).Changes to traditional rural communities have analyzed the information environment of rural communities under the influence of WeChat,and used a framework of world governance indicators(WGI)specifically analyze the influence of WeChat on community governance.The paper concludes that WeChat has the ability and is influencing traditional community governance in many ways.This effect has,to a certain extent,changed the existing relationship between government-resident.Then,through the analysis of the characteristics of WeChat,we discussed how WeChat,as a medium,can bring about changes in the pattern of government-resident relations,and summarize the role of government and residents under the influence of WeChat in combination with the inherent laws of community governance.Changes that have occurred.Under the influence of WeChat,the interaction between the government and residents has more characteristics of the mobile Internet,making the status of both parties in the interaction tend to be equal.In the governance of rural communities,residents are moving closer to the center of governance,and the government is gradually withdrawing its dominant position in the governance of daily affairs and turning to the defenders and regulators of the background of governance.
