Study On Innovation Of Grassroots Grid Management Under The Perspective Of Seamless Gap Management

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it is necessary to build a social governance pattern of building,co-governing and sharing,and to push the focus of social governance down to the grassroots.Achieving effective grassroots social governance is related to the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.It is an inevitable requirement for better meeting the people’s urgent needs for a better life.It is also an inherent requirement for China to achieve new victories at a new starting point.It is also a necessary precondition for preventing and resolving major risks,and it is related to social harmony,stability and benign operation,and has a strong urgency of the times.Grid management has been practiced throughout the country for many years,and it plays an important role in improving the ability and level of social governance.At the same time,it also has shortcomings.In order to make up for the lack of grid-based management,Zhejiang Province first built a new type of general grid management mode,which provides another empirical basis for social governance.The thesis aims to build a seamless governance theory,and analyzes the practical effect ofthe general grid of the county X in Zhejiang Province in the governance of grassroots society from the perspective of the masses and the government;The four aspects of the staff ability analyzed the plight of the general practice grid at the grass-roots level;and then tried to put forward relevant theoretical and practical thinking for grass-roots social governance.
