Practice And Reflection On News Propaganda Of Democratic Parties In New Era Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China solemnly declared that socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era.The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics beginning at the 18th National Congress of the CPC,ushered in a profound transformation of media convergence in the field of journalism and communication.It has become the new historic juncture and the new communication situation for the news propaganda of Democratic Parties.A unified relationship between the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and media convergence is presented,and in this context,the essence,fundamental characteristics,basic features,new situation,latest changes and development strategies on the news propaganda of Democratic Parties in the new era are deeply studied in this paper.First of all,according to the party system of Chinese characteristics,the essence and fundamental characteristics of Democratic Parties' news propaganda are discussed.In essence,the news propaganda of Democratic Parties is an important part of public opinion propaganda work of CPC and the cause of national news communication.The fundamental characteristics of Democratic Parties' news propaganda are embodied in the dual nature of task and purpose.In the new era,the basic task is to show the performance of the duties,responsibilities and the achievements of their own construction,and build a good political image.The fundamental task is to demonstrate the cause of multi-party cooperation and political consultation,and promote the socialist party system with Chinese characteristics.Accordingly,the basic purpose is to promote their own development,and consolidate the legitimacy of participating parties.The fundamental purpose is to cultivate and observe core socialist values,and promote socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.Secondly,study on the basic features,new situation and latest changes ofDemocratic Parties' news propaganda in the new era,is carried out by using the research methods of five "W" factors and environment of political communication.The basic features include incomprehensive media,unbalanced subjects,poor content,uncontrolled objects,and unsatisfactory effect etc.The new situation includes all-around advancement of socialist cause,flourishing development of multi-party cooperation,arduous efforts of Democratic Parties,and innovation Led by media convergence etc.The latest changes include an increase in media selection,enlargement in responsibility of subjects,innovation in propaganda way,enhancement in the audience's role,and.promotion in propaganda effect etc.Finally,the Communist Party of China,news media and Democratic Parties are identified respectively as supporting subjects,gatekeepers and responsible subjects of Democratic Parties' news propaganda.Through analyzing the three subjects and their relationships,the development strategies on Democratic Parties' news propaganda in the new era,including supporting subjects provide full support and assistance to give a powerful guarantee,gatekeepers guard a pass incrementally to create conditions,and responsible subjects carry out responsibility to improve the ability,are proposed in this paper.
