Study On Grid Management In The Comprehensive Control Of Social Security

Grid management is an emerging concept that has been mentioned many times in the 19th report.Grid management is a hot issue in the process of exploring the urban management process in today's governments.Grid management is valued because of the diversification of current government management rights and because of the diversification of social development.At present,the comprehensive management of public security has entered a new stage,and the social governance work faces many new difficulties and challenges.To do a good job in the comprehensive management of public security is of great significance to improving the well-being of people and maintaining the stability of social order.As a new management model,grid management is effectively used in the comprehensive management of social security,which will help improve the governance capacity and effectiveness of the government.This article mainly combines the methods of comparative analysis,deductive induction and theoretical analysis,and takes H County as a representative to study this issue.From the perspective of government management,the paper analyzes how to use grid management to improve the ability of comprehensive management of public order.The text of the article is divided into five parts.First,it introduces the topic selection background and related theories and explains the meaning of related concepts.The second is the introduction of domestic and international social security comprehensive governance and grid management experience.The third is an overview of the comprehensive management of social security in H County under grid management.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems in the comprehensive management of social security,and makes a simple analysis of the original price.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the comprehensive management of public security,we propose effective measures to strengthen the comprehensive management of social security from the perspective of government management and grid management.Through the study of comprehensive social governance in H County,the following conclusions have been drawn:To improve the unified grid governance system,the grid should be rationally divided,each grid should have a unique code,unified comprehensive management,public security,and justice,etc.Integrate departmental resources,establish a management responsibility system for information collection,convenience services,conflict resolution,hidden danger elimination,public security prevention,population management,etc.,improve the grid management work system,accept social supervision,and build an efficient mass appeal response system.Unified and coordinated handling of social governance issues in the region that require multiple departments to jointly dispose of.Form a strong grid of social security comprehensive management organization security system.The author chose H County as an example to study the subject.He hopes that through the study of H County,it will provide a good reference for China's many cities with economic backwardness.
