In this study, we focus on civil servants at the grass-roots level of work pressure, strengths, and the status of the job burnout, and explore the relationship between the three. We can enrich their strengths of theoretical and empirical research, on the other hand, can also through the cultivation of civil servants at the grass-roots level character strengths, develop their positive personality traits, to help them improve the level of mental health.This study adopts the method of random sampling, from Hebei Langfang Anci district in the eight villages and towns, had to select subjects, questionnaire 350, out of which 295 effective questionnaires were screened out, to civil servants work stress scale, character strengths scale (CVQ-96) and job burnout inventory (MBI-GS) as measuring tools, explore the grass-roots civil servants work stress, advantages and the status quo and characteristics of job burnout, personality and analyzes the relations between and among.Conclusions are as follows:1.The working pressure for age, marital status, political affiliation, differences were not significant on education, working years, significant difference in gender and job level.2.Character strengths total score on the marital status, age, educational background difference were not significant, in gender, political affiliation, working years, significant difference.3.Job burnout of three dimensions in gender, marital status, political affiliation, age are not significant difference on the demographic variables, emotional exhaustion and achievement low significant difference on age, working years, cynicism significant difference on the level of position.4.Character strengths and work pressure has significant negative correlation, strengths and job burnout was significantly negative correlation, work stress and job burnout was significantly positively related.Can be used to predict strengths of working pressure, working pressure can be used to predict the job burnout, personality advantage can be used to predict the job burnout, job stress in character strengths and its partial intermediary effect between job burnout. Regression analysis results show that the pressure of work strengths and job burnout in the snows of cynicism and the ice up the partial intermediary role between low sense of achievement.
