The Station of Immigration Inspection is an important law enforcement force at the border port.X Station of Immigration Inspection is China's largest land border port.To maintain national security and the order of inspection,the civil servants of the inspection station is responsible for inspections on passengers entering and leaving the country and the luggage they carried,performing duties in the restricted areas of the port on behalf of the state and the people.As a staff member in a disciplined organization,they must strictly obey the rules under great pressure,and the work is monotonous,repetitive,and mechanical.Therefore,these civil servants are undergoing a stress-type burnout.This kind of burnout will affect the health and life of the civil servants,and their work performance and team efficiency,which will greatly harm the national image and national security.Therefore,it is necessary to study the expression,causes and solutions of stress-type burnout in civil servants.With the help of Maslach burnout inventory and the survey results of the X station of immigration inspection's actual situation,it shows that the civil servants at X inspection station are undergoing serious stress-type burnout,mainly in emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of accomplishment.Through further interviews,we can find that the main reasons for the stress-type burnout of the civil servants in the station can be divided into work stress factor,management mechanisms factor and personal factor.The work stress is the direct cause of the stress-type burnout,which mainly includes environmental,service and role pressures.While the management mechanisms factor is the external causes of stress-type burnout,including mainly the irrational promotion mechanism and the reward and punishment mechanism,frequent overtime for business training,lack of transfer mechanism and equal pay for different jobs.Personal factor is the inherent subjective reasons for the stress-type burnout,which mainly includes the decline of physical fitness caused by work fatigue,the poor psychological quality to withstand setbacks,the large expectation gap and low personal accomplishment,human relations are weak and less communication.Organizational support strategies should be adopted to address the three sources of stress:work,mechanisms and personal reasons mentioned above.First,work support strategy: to establish a job matching mechanism to set posts professionally,conduct regular work shifts,and scientifically and rationally arrange police force;The second is the value identification strategy: to establish a comprehensive talent training and education and training mechanism to provide individuals with career development space and create in-service education opportunities;The third is the strategy of caring about the interest: to perfect the compensation system and evaluation incentive mechanism,improve the salary level and welfare treatment,the reward and punishment promotion system;the fourth is the strategy of paying attention to the physical and mental health: to implement the EAP staff psychological assistance project at the X inspection station.Through the above-mentioned organizational support strategies,the stress-type burnout of the civil servants for passenger inspection can be alleviated,and a positive and progressive team will be created.
