Research On The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of The Supply And Demand Of Community Home-based Pension Service In Yuzhong District

Research purposeWith the acceleration of the aging trend,people's pension issue has gradually been put on the agenda.As the central city of Chongqing,Yuzhong district has an aging rate of 33.31%,far higher than the proportion of 21.12% in Chongqing,and has become the district with the highest degree of aging.The area with the highest degree of change.And as one of the national pilot cities for home and community elderly care service reform,Yuzhong District has adopted a series of policies and measures.However,related problems have gradually emerged during the development process.Among them,the contradiction between service supply and demand and the standardized management of home pension are the most prominent.Based on this background,this paper selects the elderly in Yuzhong District of Chongqing as the research object,from the perspective of supply and demand,discusses the needs analysis based on the comprehensive assessment of the elderly and the construction of the community home care service system in order to reduce the current supplyand demand of home care services The problem of dislocation,and then to explore the reasons for the imbalance between the supply and demand of pension services and put forward relevant suggestions.Research method1.By means of literature research,this paper aims to understand the comprehensive health assessment tools for the elderly at home and abroad,which are specially used to carry out community services for the elderly.This paper analyzes the supply and demand of home care services at home and abroad and the factors affecting the development of home care services.2.A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the basic information of the elderly,comprehensive assessment of elderly health,and the needs of home care services.A multi-stage random sampling survey was used to select 50 elderly people over 60 years old in 6 communities in Yuzhong District.After the data receipt was completed,statistical methods such as analysis of variance,descriptive analysis,and Poisson regression were used for analysis.3.The qualitative interview method was used to interview the elderly in the community,the person in charge of the community,the staff of the community pension service center(station)and the leaders of the civil affairs department.ResultsIn this survey,a total of 300 questionnaires were sent out and 296 were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 98.7%.After excluding the missing value,288 cases were finally included in this study.There were95 males(33%),193 females(67%),97 males(33.7%),93 males(32.3%),and the largest proportion was those aged over 80 years old(34%).After a comprehensive health assessment of the elderly,89 cases(30.9%)of the elderly had good daily activity ability,and the proportion of the elderly with mild impairment was the largest(62.2%),while the proportion of the elderly with moderate or severe impairment was only 7%.This study analyzes the current status of community home elderly care service supply,demand status and influencing factors,and comparison of supply and demand.The research results are as follows: First,the current status of community home elderly care service supply: Yuzhong District provides life care : The community elderly service centers(stations)where the interviewed elderly provide the most services are home appliance repairs,haircuts and food delivery services,accounting for 33%,31.9% and27.1%,respectively.The lowest supply rate is bathing or washing services.Accounted for 13.5%.In the provision of medical care and care services:the community elderly care centers(stations)where the interviewed elderly provide the most services are regular door-to-door examinations,health lectures,and establishment of health file services,accounting for 32.6%,31.1%,and 28.5,respectively %,The lowest supply rate is accompanied bymedical services,accounting for 18.1%.In terms of the supply of mental comfort services: the community elderly care center(station)where the interviewed elderly provides the most services is chat and despair service,accounting for 13.2%,and the lowest supply rate is legal aid services,which is 5.7%.Secondly,in terms of the current demand for community home care services,among the needs of elderly people of different abilities in the community home care service,the demand for daily care services,daily shopping services,bathing or washing services,hairdressing services and cleaning services The increase in the degree of physical damage of the elderly increases,the difference is statistically significant;in the demand for medical care services,the demand for establishing health files and conducting health lecture services increases with the increase in the degree of physical damage of the elderly;mental comfort Among the service needs,only the chatting relief service gradually increased with the increase of the physical damage of the elderly,but the differences in the scores of the elderly service hotline,psychological counseling and legal aid demand were not significant.Among the elderly's preference for different types of old-age care services,the elderly have the highest preference for the three types of service: home appliance repair,regular home visits to check the body,chat to relieve boredom,and the community to provide legal aid services.In terms of the ability of the elderly to pay,the elderly in YuzhongDistrict pay a low level for home care services,and the overall payment level is below 200 yuan.Further Poisson regression analysis results show that the elderly who are judged to be unable to take care of themselves by evaluation have significantly higher needs for life care,medical care and mental comfort than elderly people with good ability and severely disabled elderly people.And mental comfort services have a significant impact.Thirdly,after separately understanding the supply and demand of home-based elderly care services in Yuzhong District,the gap between the supply and demand of old-age services is compared and analyzed.By comparison,the current gap between supply and demand in Yuzhong District is mainly reflected in supply and demand content,service facilities,and service personnel.Countermeasures and SuggestionsProceeding from the actual needs of the elderly,suggestions are made on how to promote the comprehensive development of community home care services.This requires the government to play a leading role in establishing and improving relevant policy plans and supporting measures.The integration of old-age service resources,including financial resources,should encourage the participation of multiple forces to enrich the source of funds;in terms of physical resources,improve the integration mechanism of community home old-age service materials and resources to avoid the idleness and lack of community old-age service facilities;Professionaltalent + volunteers team building and formulating long-term effective incentive policies.At the same time,adhere to the service chain as the basis to achieve the overall agreement between the supply and demand of elderly care services and carry out a comprehensive health assessment mechanism for the elderly to guide the development of community-based elderly care services to a precise development.
