The Search On The Internal Supervision Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organ

As the special government unit who has the power of supervising and dealing with anti-corruption jobs,the discipline inspection authority holds special power resources which other units don't have.But it isn't naturally safe.And nobody can make sure that officers in this unit are completely uncorrupt.In case of that some leaders serve themselves by conniving and concealing with the power they have,it will be worse for the interests of the Party and the people.If the supervisors are not supervised,what we mentioned above would be easy to take place.Therefore,it must be under the supervision in order to prevent and solve the problem of “who will supervise the supervisors”.The article mainly talked about the problem of how to correctly use power supervision and effectively achieve inner supervision.Firstly,it described the current situations of inner supervision in five respects of supervision subject,supervision system,working system,supervision effect and practical exploration.Secondly,it put forward four existing problems(in four respects: ideological understanding,supervisory organ,supervision regulation and supervision system)and their reasons which discipline inspection authority had by analyzing typical cases of discipline inspection system and interviewing someone deeply.Finally,it provided some suggestions to strengthen inner supervision of discipline inspection authority in several different respects(intensifying inner supervision senses,completing inner supervision organs and systems,strengthening inner restriction and emphasizing vertical system of leadership).
