| Discipline inspection is the major responsibility of the discipline inspection and supervision authorities.How to better play the role of discipline inspection in curbing corruption is a very important theoretical and practical research topic.By carrying out a research on the work of the discipline inspection of Jingjiang Discipline Inspection and Supervision Authorities,this paper provided useful advice for strengthening the work of discipline inspection and regulating power operation in various departments.From the perspectives of the principal-agent theory,the party's responsibility theory and the cost-benefit theory,this paper analyzed the necessity and practice of anti-corruption so as to explore practical measures for maximizing the gains of anti-corruption with the minimum cost.This paper also studied the status quo of the discipline inspection of Jingjiang Discipline Inspection and Supervision Authorities by elaborating their successful practices in strictly punishing corruption,carrying out the discipline inspection,team building,and analyzed some problems and shortcomings as well.By concentrating on existing problems and how to further strengthen the discipline inspection of discipline inspection and supervision authorities,this paper offered constructive suggestions including forming a concept of “keeping pace with the times”,practicing "four forms",improving the professional ability of inspection,deepening cooperation,giving full play to warning and education functions,and improving relevant mechanisms. |
